* New ordering Security measures are in place. IMPORTANT: When completing your credit card information, we need you to place the Verification No. from the back of your card after your name on the "Name On Card" line. Many Processing centers now require us to obtain this information. If you do not supply it, and your card company requires it, we will attempt to contact you for this information.

* Throughout the order processing, always click the "continue" button at the bottom of each page to proceed to the next page.

* To begin the checkout process, after placing items in your basket, click on the "Checkout" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

* When you reach the Shipping and Payment page, be sure to use the drop-down menu for shipping, indicating how many items you are purchasing, or if you are purchasing Qts. or Gallons of oil. This will allow the system to calculate shipping/handling for you.

* When you place an order with us, your email address is automatically added to our opt-in email list to receive news and sales notifications from Longview Farms. If you do not want to receive these emails, please send us an email immediately after placing your order, with the subject line being, "Remove from Retail Email List", and your email address will be promptly removed. * Our system automatically emails you a copy of your Order. If you have a "Earthlink.net", "AOL.com" or other email address that may block our email to you, kindly add "EmuOil@aol.com" to your list of accepted emails. If you do not do this, you will not receive your Order Confirmation or other important email that may pertain to your Order. Thank you.

* If ordering our EO128, S/H will be $12 per unit; EO32, S/H will be $8.75 per unit. **There is no refund for these larger sizes if package is opened.

* EXPORT CUSTOMERS: There are additional S/H charges for all EXPORT orders. Any "specials" we may have regarding "free shipping", do not include Export orders. We now ship all EXPORT orders via Global Express/Insured. The S/H fees that appear on your on-line Order Confirmation are not the actual S/H fees you will be charged. For an estimate of what your S/H fees may be, estimate the weight of your order, then go to http://www.usps.com and use the International Rate Calculator. Be sure to view the Global Express Insured line price. Companies wishing to distribute our products in your country, please contact us at ++570-380-1077.
